Phil Norris currently is the Vice-Chairperson of the Board Of Commissioners and the representative for District 1. Phil is a sixth generation native of Brunswick County and resides in the Hickman's Crossroads community. He is the managing partner of Andrew and Kuske Consulting Engineers and is a registered Professional Engineer in North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia. Phil and his wife, Sandy, have been married 20 years. They have one daughter, Tori, age 8. He is active in the community and church.
