Brunswick County staff has been working with the City of Wilmington, New Hanover County, and the North Carolina Coastal Federation to develop a Low Impact Development (LID) Guidance Manual to encourage the use of innovative stormwater management techniques. The Draft Resolution and LID Guidance Manual are currently in the process of going before the Brunswick County Planning Board and the Brunswick County Board of Commissioners.
