Carolina Shores North

Brunswick County is currently installing water lines in Carolina Shores North Subdivision. All property owners with a home on their lot will receive a letter when the project is finished and all State and County requirements have been satisfied. The current cost for connection for residential properties is $1,800 which includes the Capital Recovery Fee, tap fee and meter deposit. There is NO AVAILABILTY FEE is you do not wish to receive water service at this time.

After home owners receive their letter and pay the fees, the County will issue a work order and a meter will be installed in the meter box on your property. The resident is responsible for the water connection of their home to the meter box.

Water Service Area System Improvements Project

This project includes Longwood Road to Rt. 130, Lewis Loop Road, Peakwood Drive, Pea Landing Road from the Jessie Mae Monroe Elementary School to Longwood Road and Ash Little River Road from Hickman Road to No. 5 School Road. Work is scheduled to begin in mid August 09 with the order of work areas at the discretion of the contractor.
