All approved pay requests and invoices received in the Finance Department by 3:00 pm on Wednesday will be mailed or available for pick up after 3:00 pm on Friday of the following week. In the event that a holiday occurs on Thursday and/or Friday, the prior week's disbursements will be released on the last workday of the week.
