Classes are taught by Registered Dieticians and Registered Nurses
The class covers:
• Medication
• Metors
• Nutrition
• Complications
• Exercise
• And much more

Hours
Assessment is done by appointment
Seminar- 3rd Thursday of every month from 9-5pm
3 Month Follow Up- 3rd Wednesday of every month from 10-11am

Fees
Based on patients ability to pay (Sliding scale)
Also accepted Medicare, NC Health Choice, Blue Cross/ Blue Shield, Cigna, United Health Care and MedCost
