Who Program Serves
The Health Check/Health Choice program is available to those who meet the following eligibility requirements:
- Male or Female
- Birth to 21 years of age
- 150% (max.) federal poverty level
- Brunswick County resident
Services Provided
The Health Check / Health Choice program:
- Provides assistance to families in obtaining health insurance and medical care.
