9:30 AM until 3:30 PM at each school
All children entering kindergarten from the surrounding area are welcome

The physicals will be held on the Brunswick County Health Department’s Mobile Health Unit

Please bring your child’s Immunization Shot Record and Insurance or Medicaid Card
