The Immunizations (vaccinations) program is available to those persons who meet the following eligibility requirements:

1. Any age
2. Provide immunization record

During the visit, a nurse:

• Administers the following immunizations, as needed, to children:
  • Tetanus/Diphtheria ("Lockjaw")/Pertussis ("Whooping Cough") [Tdap]
  • Haemophilus Influenzae type b (major cause of meningitis) [Hib]
  • Polio Vaccine [IPV]
  • Hepatitis B [HepB]
  • Measles/Mumps/Rubella [MMR]
  • Varicella ("Chicken Pox")
  • Pneumococcal (PCV)
  • Tuberculosis [TB] skin test
  • Flu / Flumist
  • Pneumonia
  • Prevnar
• Administers the following immunizations, as needed, to adults:
  • Tetanus/Diphtheria/Pertussis [Tdap]
  • Hepatitis A [HepA]
  • Hepatitis B [HepB]
  • Pneumonia
  • Shingles
  • Tuberculosis [TB] skin test
  • Meningococcal
  • MMR
• Provides head lice treatment.
• Performs blood pressure checks.
• Performs cholesterol screening.
• Titers for vaccines.
• Bloodwork for college entry.

Any abnormal findings are referred to a doctor.

Hours: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Closed from: 12:00 noon to 1:00 PM daily

Appointments: walk-in basis, must sign-in prior to 4:00 PM

Late Clinic: 1st Tuesday of each month

Late Clinic Hours: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM
