Who Program Serves
The Immunizations (vaccinations) program is available to those persons who meet the following eligibility requirements:
- Any age
- Provide immunization record
Services Provided
During the visit, a nurse:
- Administers the following immunizations, as needed, to children:
- Tetanus/Diphtheria ("Lockjaw")/Pertussis ("Whooping Cough") [Tdap]
- Haemophilus Influenzae type b (major cause of meningitis) [Hib]
- Polio Vaccine [IPV]
- Hepatitis B [HepB]
- Measles/Mumps/Rubella [MMR]
- Varicella ("Chicken Pox")
- Pneumococcal (PCV)
- Tuberculosis [TB] skin test
- Flu / Flumist
- Pneumonia
- Prevnar
- Administers the following immunizations, as needed, to adults:
- Tetanus/Diphtheria/Pertussis [Tdap]
- Hepatitis A [HepA]
- Hepatitis B [HepB]
- Pneumonia
- Shingles
- Tuberculosis [TB] skin test
- Meningococcal
- MMR
- Provides head lice treatment.
- Performs blood pressure checks.
- Performs cholesterol screening.
- Titers for vaccines.
- Bloodwork for college entry.
Any abnormal findings are referred to a doctor.

Days: Monday - Friday
Hours: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Closed from: 12:00 noon to 1:00 PM daily
Appointments: walk-in basis, must sign-in prior to 4:00 PM
Late Clinic: 1st Tuesday of each month
Late Clinic Hours: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM
