Owner Outreach

The Public Housing Agency welcomes the participation of property owners who have decent, safe, and sanitary housing units available. The agency maintains a bulletin board that lists interested landlords and their property available for the Section 8 housing program. If you are a property owner who would like to participate in this program, call the Public Housing office at 910-253-2222.

If you are a landlord and would like to receive a Section 8 Landlord Handbook, please call our office.
