Materials Accepted at County Solid Waste Collection Sites

Only waste from Brunswick County is accepted.

Recycled Items - Aluminum and steel cans, mixed paper, junk mail, magazines, glass (green, clear, & brown), newspaper, and plastics #1 and #2.	Accepted free of charge.	Accepted free of charge.
Corrugated Cardboard	Accepted free of charge.	Accepted free of charge.
Tires	Accepted free of charge at Leland Convenient Site only.	Accepted free of charge from County individual with 5 or fewer tires or from County business with a valid scrap tire certification form.

Yard Debris – Untreated wood may be included in yard debris. Brunswick County C& D Landfill/Transfer Station and Convenience Sites accept cash and checks only. Businesses or individuals who wish to be billed monthly for materials they bring may do so only if they bring their materials directly to the County C & D Landfill/Transfer Station. To qualify for monthly billing, individuals or businesses must apply for and receive credit approval from the Brunswick County Solid Waste Dept.
