April 14th - 19th	Free Dump Week at the Brunswick County Landfill Brunswick County Residents may bring items, except for household trash and land clearing debris, to the Landfill in Bolivia free of charge. Commercial vehicles will be charged normal tipping fees.
Saturday, April 19th	Household Hazardous Waste Collection The Brunswick County Solid Waste Department will be at Shallotte Middle School from 9 am to 2 pm to collect household hazardous waste. Items will be taken free of charge to Brunswick County Residents.

Saturday, April 19th	Clothing Drive The Brunswick County Solid Waste Department will be at the Shallotte Middle School from 9 am to 2 pm collecting clothing. Items will be donated to a local non-profit agency.
