Notice is hereby given that the Brunswick County Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing on March 19, 2018 at 6:00 p.m. in the Commissioners Chambers of the David R. Sandifer Administration Building located at 30 Government Center Drive at the Brunswick County Government Center concerning the following rezoning:
REQUEST: CHANGE OF ZONING – ZONING CASE Z-759
FROM: C-LD (COMMERCIAL LOW DENSITY) AND R-6000 (HIGH DENSITY RESIDENTIAL)
TO: C-LD (COMMERCIAL LOW DENSITY)
LOCATION: LOCATED OFF HOLDEN BEACH ROAD SW (NC 130) NEAR HOLDEN BEACH, NC.
TAX PARCELS: 21500063, 21500061, 2150006106 AND 2310004110
DESCRIPTION: THE APPLICANT REQUESTED TAX PARCELS 21500063, 21500061, 2150006106 AND 2310004110 TO BE REZONED TO C-LD. THE ENTIRE REZONING AREA ENCOMPASSES APPROX. 67.34 ACRES.
PROPOSED LAND USE PLAN AMENDMENT (LUM-759) FOR REZONING CASE Z-759:
Request to amend the Official Brunswick County CAMA Land Use Plan Map from LDR (Low Density Residential), MDR (Medium Density Residential) and Commercial to Commercial for Tax Parcels 21500063, 21500061, 2150006106 and 2310004110 located off Holden Beach Road SW (NC 130). This Land Use Plan Amendment totals approximately 67.34 acres.
