DESCRIPTION: THE APPLICANT REQUESTED TAX PARCELS 18200108, 1820010802, 1820010803, 1820010804, 1820010805, 1820010806, 1820010807, 1820010808, 18200109 (ADDED BY STAFF), AND A PORTION OF 18200098 (ADDED BY STAFF) TO BE REZONED TO R-6000. THE ENTIRE REZONING AREA ENCOMPASSES APPROX. 75.56 ACRES.
PROPOSED LAND USE PLAN AMENDMENT (LUM-761) FOR REZONING CASE Z-761:
Request to amend the Official Brunswick County CAMA Land Use Plan Map from LDR (Low Density Residential) to MDR (Medium Density Residential) for Tax Parcels 18200108, 1820010802, 1820010803, 1820010804, 1820010805, 1820010806, 1820010807, 1820010808, 18200109 (Added by Staff), and a portion of 18200098 (Added by Staff) located off Fieldview Way SW. This Land Use Plan Amendment totals approximately 75.56 acres.
