About the Clerk to the Board’s Office
The Clerk to the Board of Commissioners helps facilitate Board of Commissioners’ meetings, including producing agenda packets for meetings and producing meeting minutes, or the official documentation of what happened during the meeting (view minutes and agendas). In addition to providing many records online, the Clerk’s office keeps physical copies of meeting minutes dating back centuries, and maintains a copy of the county’s ordinances available to view in person.
