Under and by virtue of an Order of the District Court of Brunswick County, North Carolina, made and entered in the action entitled “County of Brunswick vs. C.B.S. Partners, LLC, et al,” the undersigned commissioner will on the 1st day of February, 2019, offer for sale and sell for cash, to the last and highest bidder at public auction, at the courthouse door in Brunswick County, North Carolina, in Bolivia at 12:00 noon the following described real property, lying and being in the State and County aforesaid, and more particularly described as follows:

PARCEL # 243LI003:

BEING all of Tract 2, 1.70 acres as shown on a map of the same recorded in Map Cabinet 76 at Page 94 in the Brunswick County Registry, reference to which map is made for a more particular description.

PARCEL # 243LI00303:

Beginning at NC Grid Coordinate Rebar Found “X” N=55093.38 Feet E=2169663.07 Feet NAD 83-2011, thence N 82°38’53”E 200.73 Feet to the place and point of Beginning thence, L22, thence L28, thence L31, thence L30, thence N74°38’58”W 141.73 Feet, thence L26, thence L25, thence L24, thence L23, thence L39 to the place and point of beginning. Said Lines being tabled on Map Book 76, Page 94 in the Brunswick County Registry.

PARCEL # 243LI035:

BEING all of that parcel of land as labeled “Future Phase 1-B 1.29 acres” as shown on a map of the same recorded in Map Cabinet 21 at Page 283 in the Brunswick County Registry.

LESS and EXCEPT those Lots 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, and 30 as shown on a map of the same recorded in Map Cabinet 26 at Page 238 in the Brunswick County Registry.

The sale will be made subject to all outstanding city and county taxes and all local improvement assessments against the above-described property not included in the judgment in the above-entitled cause.  A deposit of 5 percent of the successful bid will be required.
