NOTICE OF SALE

Under and by virtue of an Order of the District Court of Brunswick County, North Carolina, made and entered in the action entitled “County of Brunswick vs. SUNTRUST BANK,” the undersigned commissioner will on the 9th day of March, 2018, offer for sale and sell for cash, to the last and highest bidder at public auction, at the courthouse door in Brunswick County, North Carolina, in Bolivia at 12:00 noon the following described real property, lying and being in the State and County aforesaid, and more particularly described as follows:

PARCEL # 069PA001:

Located in Town Creek Township, Brunswick County, North Carolina.

BEING all of Lot 1A, as shown on a map entitled “Revised Division of Lot One of Quail Ridge Subdivision for Green Hill Developers, LLC” recorded in Map Cabinet 31 at Page 261 of the Brunswick County, North Carolina, Public Registry, reference to which map is hereby made for a more particular description, said lot to be replatted at a later date as Green Hill Estates.

Being the same property conveyed to Robert B. Hughes, Jr., single and Jacqualine I. Foxx, single, by Deed dated July 6, 2005 and recorded in Book 2192 at Page 335 of the aforesaid Registry.
