UNDER AND BY VIRTUE OF AN EXECUTION DIRECTED TO THE UNDERSIGNED BY THE CLERK OF SUPERIOR COURT, BRUNSWICK COUNTY IN THE ABOVE ENTITLED CIVIL ACTION. I WILL ON THE 20TH DAY of APRIL 2018 AT 12:00 NOON IN THE LOBBY OF THE BRUNSWICK COUNTY COURTHOUSE BOLIVIA, NORTH CAROLINA OFFER FOR SALE TO THE HIGHEST BIDDER FOR TITLE AND INTEREST OF THE DEFENDANT : JOHN CROTTS AND IRENE CROTTS FOR THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED REAL PROPERTY. SAID REAL PROPERTY LYING IN THE HARBOUR LANDING IN BRUNSWICK COUNTY AND DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:

BEING all of lot 62 of Harbour Landing in Sunset Beach, North Carolina, according to a map thereof duly recorded in Map Book 32 at pages 362-363 in the Brunswick County Registry, said lot having the metes, bounds and location as shown on said map together with the rights of ingress and egress over, under and across those roadways on plat of survey recorded in map book 32 at pages 362-363

BEING that property acquired by the grantor in Deed Book 2193 at Page 1294 of the Brunswick County Registry of North Carolina and said deed is incorporated by reference in its entirety for greater certainty of description.

THIS EXECUTION IS BEING MADE SUBJECT TO ALL PRIOR LIENS, ENCUMBRANCES, OUTSTANDING TAXES AND SPECIAL ASSESSMENT, IF ANY. THE PURCHASER WILL BE REQUIRED TO MAKE A DEPOSIT IN THE AMOUNT OF 10 PERCENT OF THE FIRST $1,000.00 OF THE BID AND 5 PERCENT OF THE REMAINDER. SAID DEPOSIT IS TO BE CASH OR CERTIFIED CHECK.
