Under and by virtue of an Order of the District Court of Brunswick County, North Carolina, made and entered in the action entitled “County of Brunswick vs. Kimberly McKeithan, Tammy McKeithan Burris, et al,” the undersigned commissioner will on the 3rd day of November, 2017, offer for sale and sell for cash, to the last and highest bidder at public auction, at the courthouse door in Brunswick County, North Carolina, in Bolivia at 12:00 noon the following described real property, lying and being in the State and County aforesaid, and more particularly described as follows:
PARCEL # 02900051:
BEGINNING at an iron pipe, said iron pipe being located North 77˚ 00’ East 343.80 feet from the eastern right-of-way of the Lanvale Road, 741.1 feet, North 00˚ 40’ West from the center line of the Wilmington-Fayetteville Road, and being the northeast corner of the James A. and Gola White tract, running South 77˚ 00’ East, 100.00 feet to an iron pipe, said iron pipe being the northeast corner of the E.G. Dale tract, thence South 00˚ 38’ East, 391.44 feet to an iron pipe, said iron pipe being in the northern line of the Gainey tract, thence with said line, North 77˚ 00’ West to an iron pipe, said iron pipe being the southeast corner of the Woodrow W. and Vivian Harrell tract, thence with said Woodrow and Vivian Harrell line, North 00˚ 38’ West, 391.44 feet to the BEGINNING, containing 0.91 acres more or less.
Being the same property conveyed by warranty deed dated July 7, 1969, executed by Woodrow W. Harrell and wife, Vivian Harrell, to Brenda K. Osborne Wade and husband, Jerrold Wade, which deed is recorded in Book 264 at Page 142 of the Brunswick County Registry.
The sale will be made subject to all outstanding city and county taxes and all local improvement assessments against the above-described property not included in the judgment in the above-entitled cause. A deposit of 5 percent of the successful bid will be required.
