NOTICE OF SALE

Under and by virtue of an Order of the District Court of Brunswick County, North Carolina, made and entered in the action entitled “County of Brunswick vs. Delaney’s Coastal Construction, LLC a/k/a Delaney Coastal Construction, LLC,” the undersigned commissioner will on the 9th day of March, 2018, offer for sale and sell for cash, to the last and highest bidder at public auction, at the courthouse door in Brunswick County, North Carolina, in Bolivia at 12:00 noon the following described real property, lying and being in the State and County aforesaid, and more particularly described as follows:

PARCEL # 184DA072:

BEING all of Lot 142, Phase One of Riversea Plantation Subdivision, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Map Cabinet 30, Page 39, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Brunswick County, North Carolina.

Reference is made to deed recorded in Book 1915, Page 1200, Brunswick County Registry.

THE ABOVE DESCRIBED PROPERTY IS CONVEYED SUBJECT TO THE RESTRICTIONS AND COVENANTS LISTED IN DEED BOOK 2062, PAGE 1034, OF THE BRUNSWICK COUNTY REGISTRY.

PARCEL # 184DF024:

BEING all of Lot 320 Phase Three of Riversea Plantation Subdivision, according to the

plat thereof, recorded in Map Cabinet 31, Page 268, in the Office of the Register of Deeds

 of Brunswick County, North Carolina.

Reference is made to deed recorded in Book 1915, Page 1200, Brunswick County Registry.

THE ABOVE DESCRIBED PROPERTY IS CONVEYED SUBJECT TO THE RESTRICTIONS AND COVENANTS LISTED IN DEED BOOK 2158, PAGE 1142, OF THE BRUNSWICK COUNTY REGISTRY.

The sale will be made subject to all outstanding city and county taxes and all local improvement assessments against the above-described property not included in the judgment in the above-entitled cause.  A deposit of 5 percent of the successful bid will be required.
