Request to amend the Official Brunswick County CAMA Land Use Plan Map from LDR (Low Density Residential), MDR (Medium Density Residential) and Commercial to Commercial for Tax Parcels 21500063, 21500061, a portion of Tax Parcel 23100041 and a portion of Tax Parcel 2150006106 located at 1801 Wild Cherry Road SW, 2383 and 2401 Holden Beach Road SW (NC 130) and 1916 Boones Neck Road SW (SR 1137). This Land Use Plan Amendment totals approximately 67.342 acres.
