Request For Agenda Item Placement

If you wish to request that an item be placed on the agenda, please email your request to the Clerk to the Board of Commissioners. Your request must be received at least 14 days before the scheduled meeting (see upcoming meeting dates). In your request, you must state the purpose of your presentation or the nature of the issue that you wish to bring forth for discussion.

Note: You do not need to be on the agenda to voice your opinion about a topic that is before the Commissioners. Each Board of Commissioners regular meeting has a public comment period, during which anyone can address the Commissioners with questions or concerns about county business. Before the meeting begins, sign up on the public comment sheet next to the agendas near the entrance to the meeting room. See the Public Comment Policy for more details.
