Notice is hereby given that the Brunswick County Board of Commissioners will hold a Public Hearing on August 19, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. in the Commissioners Chambers of the David R. Sandifer Administration Building located at 30 Government Center Drive at the Brunswick County Government Center concerning the following item(s) in the Brunswick County Unified Development Ordinance:
Revise Article 5, Section 5.4.8.A.1, All Pools, to address fencing requirements for above-ground pools.
