BOLIVIA, N.C. – The Brunswick County Health and Wellness Fair originally scheduled for Aug. 9, 2024, has been rescheduled out of an abundance of caution due to forecasted inclement weather from Tropical Storm Debby. The fair will now be held on Friday, Sept. 6.
You are invited to come to the Brunswick County Health and Wellness Fair on Friday, Sept. 6, 2024, anytime between 10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the Government Center in Bolivia.
This family-friendly event is free to attend and will feature over 30 local businesses and organizations that are ready to teach you and your loved ones how to live healthier through interactive demonstrations, health screenings, activities, handouts, and more.

What to Expect: All Brunswick County community members and visitors are welcome to come meet local businesses and organizations that can provide you with information on best practices for a healthy lifestyle. There will be free activities, fitness lessons, giveaways, handouts, health screenings, mammograms, gardening and nutrition tips, resources, and more.

BOLIVIA, N.C. – Discover the health and wellness resources Brunswick County and surrounding communities have to offer. Come by the Brunswick County Health and Wellness Fair on Friday, August 9, 2024, anytime between 10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the Government Center in Bolivia to learn best practices for a healthy lifestyle.
This family-friendly event is free to attend and will feature over 30 local businesses and organizations that are ready to teach you and your loved ones how to live healthier through interactive demonstrations, health screenings, activities, handouts, and more.
Free demonstrations include but are not limited to Basic First Aid and CPR, child car seat safety, nutrition planning, and fitness lessons in cross-fit, yoga, and SilverSneakers. Fairgoers can also enjoy guided tours of the Brunswick County Botanical Garden, followed by a question-and-answer session with Brunswick County Master Gardener℠ Volunteers.
Food can be purchased from the various food trucks that will be on-site. Fairgoers ages 5 years and older can also pay a small fee to play gellyball with Bullzeye Gellyball of Leland.
