Notice is hereby given that the Brunswick County Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on October 14, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. in the Commissioners Chambers of the David R. Sandifer Administration Building located at 30 Government Center Drive at the Brunswick County Government Center concerning the following item(s) in the Brunswick County Unified Development Ordinance:
Revise Article 4 to add Section 4.8.9., Transportation Overlay Zone (TOZ) to add incentives for retaining and using existing trees as well as increasing landscaping and buffering along major roadways.
