Notice is hereby given that the Brunswick County Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on October 14, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. in the Commissioners Chambers of the David R. Sandifer Administration Building located at 30 Government Center Drive at the Brunswick County Government Center concerning the following item(s) in the Brunswick County Unified Development Ordinance:
Revise Article 6, Section 6.1.2.B, Trees and Landscaping; Section 6.3.8.B, Collector or Thoroughfare Street Buffers; Section 6.4.4.B & C, Open Space and Recreation Area; include definitions for tree canopy coverages and heritage trees; increase the VAD (Voluntary Agricultural District) Buffer; and update the approved Landscaping Species in Appendix A.
