PUBLIC NOTICE
BOLIVIA, N.C. – Brunswick County is encouraging residents who live in Electoral District 5 to apply for potential appointment to the Tourism Development Authority (TDA).
Interested residents should apply by 5 p.m. Friday, Dec. 12, 2025. The Board of Commissioners will consider eligible applicants for appointment during the regular meeting on Tuesday, Jan. 20, 2026.
To be eligible for consideration, applicants must be currently involved in the promotion of travel and tourism, live in Electoral District 5, and be a registered voter of Brunswick County.

How To Apply
Applicants for any board or committee opportunity must be residents of Brunswick County. Some boards may have specific eligibility or residency requirements based on your county commissioner district. Find your district on our online electoral districts map or on your voter registration card.
