COVID-19 INFORMATION ON VACCINES AND LATEST NEWS HOW TO GET A COVID-19 VACCINE
ALL COMMUNITY MEMBERS AGED 6 MONTHS OR OLDER ARE ELIGIBLE FOR COVID-19 VACCINES
Those aged 6 months and older are eligible for Covid-19 vaccine. Health Services requires written permission from a parent/legal guardian to administer vaccines to those aged 6 months -15 years and to administer booster vaccines to those aged 5-17 years. If someone else brings your child to their appointment, complete a consent form to send with them. Click here to download consent form.

Los Servicios de Salud requieren el permiso por escrito de un padre/tutor legal para administrar vacunas a los que tienen entre 6 meses y 15 años de edad y para administrar vacunas de refuerzo a los que tienen entre 5 y 17 años. Brunswick County Health Services offers Covid-19 vaccine at the Health Services building in Bolivia (25 Courthouse Drive). Appointments are preferred but not required.
COVID-19 vaccines are free to everyone regardless of whether they have insurance. There are two ways to make an appointment—schedule online or call 910-253-2276.

Health Services is currently scheduling appointments for everyone aged 6 months and up.
Anyone who needs to speak with someone or who does not have access to a computer or Internet can call Health Services at 910-253-2276 for assistance with appointments.
Brunswick County Health Services can accommodate individuals with impaired mobility with curbside vaccinations.
ADDITIONAL DOSES AND BOOSTERS
