Request for Qualifications: Health & Human Services/Emergency Operations Center Design-Build Team
To meet the growing demands of Brunswick County’s Health and Human Services and Emergency Management departments, and to facilitate a more modern, efficient, and effective service delivery for its residents, Brunswick County, North Carolina (County) is soliciting and accepting Statements of Qualifications from interested and qualified firms to provide project management and design-build construction services for the construction of a new facility to include the County’s Health, Human Services, and Emergency Management departments, as well as related surface parking lot and driveway improvements.

Interested design-builders should submit a fully completed Statement of Qualifications as outlined herein no later than 4:00 p.m. ET on August 2, 2024.
Pre-submittal Meeting: Tuesday, July 16, 2024, at 1:00 p.m. ET. Meeting will be held in the 2nd Floor Training Room of the David R. Sandifer Administration Building located at 30 Government Center Drive NE, Bolivia. Attendance via Zoom will also be made available for this meeting (see below).
