V. Approval of Consent Agenda (selected items)

The Board of Commissioners unanimously moved to approve the consent agenda.

  • Engineering – Courthouse Addition & Renovation Monteith Change Order (3): The Board of Commissioners approved Change Order (3) with Monteith Construction Corporation for renewing the exterior concrete joints sealing and pressure washing the building in the amount of $81,627.00 and (25) additional contract days for Courtroom #5 redesign and accumulated rain days in 2021.
VII. Administrative Report
  1. Operation Services – Municipal Solid Waste New Transfer Station Construction Agreement: The Board of Commissioners unanimously approved the Notice of Award to enter into a construction agreement with Monteith Construction Corp. in the amount of $5,290,090 for construction of the Municipal Solid Waste New Transfer Station Facility.
