Notice is hereby given that the Brunswick County Planning Board will hold a public hearing on January 11, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. in the Commissioners Chambers of the David R. Sandifer Administration Building located at 30 Government Center Drive at the Brunswick County Government Center concerning the following rezoning:

DESCRIPTION:      THE APPLICANT REQUESTED TAX PARCEL 1850001502 TO BE ZONED RR (RURAL LOW DENSITY RESIDENTIAL).  THE ENTIRE ZONING AREA ENCOMPASSES APPROX. 3.92 ACRES.

 

PROPOSED LAND USE PLAN AMENDMENT (LUM-808) FOR REZONING CASE Z-808:

Request to amend the Official Brunswick County CAMA Land Use Plan Map from Mixed Use to  LDR (Low Density Residential) for Tax Parcel 1850001502 located off Southport-Supply Road SE near Bolivia, NC. This Land Use Plan Amendment totals approximately 3.92 acres.
