Notice is hereby given that the Brunswick County Planning Board will hold a public hearing on May 9, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. in the Commissioners Chambers of the David R. Sandifer Administration Building located at 30 Government Center Drive at the Brunswick County Government Center concerning the following rezoning:

DESCRIPTION:      THE APPLICANT REQUESTED TAX PARCELS 21600107, 21600105, 21600104, 2160010905, 2160010403, 2160010410, 21600111, 2160010902, 2150005101, 2160010901, 21600108, 2160010904, 21600119, AND 2150004803 BE ZONED R-6000 (HIGH DENSITY RESIDENTIAL).  THE ENTIRE ZONING AREA ENCOMPASSES APPROX. 65.84 ACRES.

 

PROPOSED LAND USE PLAN AMENDMENT (LUM-844) FOR REZONING CASE Z-844:

Request to amend the Official Brunswick County CAMA Land Use Plan Map from LDR (Low Density Residential) and MDR (Medium Density Residential) to MDR (Medium Density Residential) for Tax Parcels 21600107, 21600105, 21600104, 2160010905, 2160010403, 2160010410, 21600111, 2160010902, 2150005101, 2160010901, 21600108, 2160010904, 21600119, and 2150004803 located at 1415, 1423, 1441, 1443, 1467, 1477, 1481, 1489

and 1613 Stanbury Road SW (SR 1124) near Supply, NC.  This Land Use Plan Amendment totals approximately 65.84 acres.
