Notice is hereby given that the Brunswick County Planning Board will hold a public hearing on July 13, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. in the Commissioners Chambers of the David R. Sandifer Administration Building located at 30 Government Center Drive at the Brunswick County Government Center concerning the following rezoning:

 

REQUEST:             CHANGE OF ZONING – ZONING CASE Z-791CZ

 

FROM:                    R-6000 (HIGH DENSITY RESIDENTIAL)

 

TO:                         C-LDCZ (COMMERCIAL LOW DENSITY CONDITIONAL ZONING)

 

LOCATION:            1535 HOLDEN BEACH ROAD (NC 130) NEAR SUPPLY, NC.

 

TAX PARCEL(S):   2150010007

 

DESCRIPTION:      THE APPLICANT REQUESTED TAX PARCEL 2150010007 TO BE REZONED C-LDCZ (COMMERCIAL LOW DENSITY CONDITIONAL ZONING).  THE ENTIRE REZONING AREA ENCOMPASSES APPROX. 5.09 ACRES.

 

PROPOSED LAND USE PLAN AMENDMENT (LUM-791CZ) FOR REZONING CASE Z-791CZ:

Request to amend the Official Brunswick County CAMA Land Use Plan Map from MDR (Medium Density Residential) to Commercial for Tax Parcel 2150010007 located at 1535 Holden Beach Road (NC 130).   This Land Use Plan Amendment totals approximately 5.09 acres.
