New Permit Report Database

Beginning in January 2020 all reporting data will be displayed and accessed at our Brunswick County Open Data site.

Archived Residential New Home Data: Click here to access pre-filtered archived Residential New Home data. The filters can be edited or removed if desired.
Archived Commercial Building Data: Click here to access pre-filtered archived Commercial Building data. The filters can be edited or removed if desired.
- Data can be downloaded by clicking on the download icon and activate “Toggle Filters” for the filtered data and then download by your preferred file type. This archived data is updated about every 30 days around the middle of the month.
Live Data: Click here to access all live permit data. Keep in mind that live data is subject to changes that archived data is not such as voids, revisions, permit expirations, etc. Data can be downloaded by clicking on the download icon and activate “Toggle Filters” for the filtered data and then download by your preferred file type.
