CARE MANAGEMENT FOR AT RISK CHILDREN PROGRAM
The CMARC program is an early childhood program that focuses on improving health care outcomes for young children. Care Managers coordinate services with Medical Providers to ensure appropriate health and medical care, developmental and social supports are obtained to increase the quality of care provided and decrease the cost.

Medical Nutrition Therapy
Brunswick County Health Services offers Medical Nutrition Therapy(MNT)by a registered dietitian nutritionist (RDN). MNT is a key component of our Diabetes Management Program. Nutrition-based treatment provided by the RDN includes a nutritional diagnosis as well as therapeutic and counseling services to help treat various medical conditions.

Health Education
The Health Education staff provides educational programs that promote the physical, emotional, and social well-being of individuals and communities.
