Under and by virtue of an Order of the District Court of Brunswick County, North Carolina, made and entered in the action entitled “County of Brunswick vs. Mattocks Enterprises, et al,” the undersigned commissioner will on the 9th day of April, 2021, offer for re-sale and sell for cash, to the last and highest bidder at public auction, at the courthouse door in Brunswick County, North Carolina, in Bolivia at 12:00 noon the following described real property, lying and being in the State and County aforesaid, and more particularly described as follows:

PARCEL # 233BC044:

BEING all of Lot 44 of Spring Branch at Lockwood Folly, according to a survey by Patrick A. Allen, R.L.S., dated July 26, 1988, a plat of which appears of record in Map Cabinet T, Page 29 of the Brunswick County Registry.

This conveyance is made SUBJECT to the Master Declaration and Development Plan for Lockwood Folly as appears in Deed Book 695 at Page 968 and the Supplemental Declaration for Patio Homes in Spring Branch and North Point as appears in Deed Book 740 at Page 484 of the Brunswick County Registry to the same extent as if they were fully repeated herein; and said Covenants and Restrictions shall be deemed appurtenant to the lot(s) and shall run with the lot(s) in all future conveyances.

The sale will be made subject to all outstanding city and county taxes and all local improvement assessments against the above-described property not included in the judgment in the above-entitled cause. A deposit of 5 percent of the successful bid will be required.
