Under and by virtue of an Order of the District Court of Brunswick County, North Carolina, made and entered in the action entitled “County of Brunswick vs. Krista Yearwood Roper, Richard Harris Roper, et al,” the undersigned commissioner will on the 15th day of November, 2019, offer for sale and sell for cash, to the last and highest bidder at public auction, at the courthouse door in Brunswick County, North Carolina, in Bolivia at 12:00 noon the following described real property, lying and being in the State and County aforesaid, and more particularly described as follows:

PARCEL # 217JA015:

BEING ALL OF LOT 15 of Lockwood Folly, Phase 4, according to a survey by Patrick A. Allen, R.L.S., dated July 27, 1992, a plat of which appears of record in Map Cabinet W, Page 351 of the Brunswick County Registry.

PARCEL # 217JA038:

BEING ALL OF LOT 38 of Lockwood Folly, Phase 4, according to a survey by Patrick A. Allen, R.L.S., dated July 27, 1992, a plat of which appears of record in Map Cabinet W, Page 351 of the Brunswick County Registry.

PARCEL # 217OB054:

BEING ALL OF LOT 253 of Lockwood Folly, Phase 2, a map of which appears of record in Map Cabinet U, Page 44 of the Brunswick County Registry.

PARCEL # 233BA004:

BEING ALL OF LOT 4 of Lockwood Folly, Section 1, according to a survey by Patrick A. Allen, R.L.S., dated June 1, 1987 which appears of record in Map Cabinet R at Pages 351 through 356 of the Brunswick County Registry.

PARCEL # 217OC005:

BEING ALL OF LOT 5 of Windward Village at Lockwood Folly, according to a survey by Patrick A. Allen, R.L.S., dated May 26, 1989, a plat of which appears of record in Map Cabinet U, Page 46 of the Brunswick County Registry.
The sale will be made subject to all outstanding city and county taxes and all local improvement assessments against the above-described property not included in the judgment in the above-entitled cause. A deposit of 5 percent of the successful bid will be required.
