Under and by virtue of an Order of the District Court of Brunswick County, North Carolina, made and entered in the action entitled “County of Brunswick vs. Roosevelt Toomer, Sr. and State of North Carolina (Lienholder),” the undersigned commissioner will on the 21st day of February, 2020, offer for sale and sell for cash, to the last and highest bidder at public auction, at the courthouse door in Brunswick County, North Carolina, in Bolivia at 12:00 noon the following described real property, lying and being in the State and County aforesaid, and more particularly described as follows:
PARCEL # 030HC018:
BEGINNING at a stake in Mile Branch, Jake McKoy’s corner; runs with his line South 74 degrees East 27 poles to a stake; thence South 20 degrees East 20 poles to a stake; thence North 74 degrees West 20 poles to the run of Mile Branch; thence up said branch to the BEGINNING, containing three (3) acres, more or less.
Reference is made to Deed Book 18, Page 93 and Book 190, Page 678, Brunswick County Registry.
PARCEL # 030HC009:
All that tract 15± adjoining land now or formerly Sadie Toomer (Book 37, Page 291); Land on the East by Kenneth Clayton (Deed book 995, Page 613); and on the west by land of S. F. McNeil and Helen, his wife. (Tax map 03000020) Deed book 981, Page 570 and Henry MacBride (Tax map 030HC006) and Tracy Mosley and Barbara Watson on the Northwest being Tax map 030HC005, joining Sturgeon Creek on the South. Being tax map Parcel 030HC009.

All of Lots 29 and 31 of Fair Oaks Plantation as shown upon a map of the same recorded in Map Book 1 at Page 183 of the Brunswick County Registry.
PARCEL # 030GB011:
BEING KNOWN AS LOT NUMBER THIRTY-THREE (33) as per plat of Fair Oaks Plantation near Navassa, N.C., Brunswick County, registered in Plat Book 1 at Page 183, of the Brunswick County Registry, to which reference is hereby made for a more particular description.
Reference is hereby made to a deed recorded in Deed Book 134, Page 118, of the Brunswick County Registry.
PARCEL # 030GB010:
Tract of land known as Lot # 35 as per Plat of Fair Oaks Plantation registered in Plat # 1, Page 183 of Brunswick County, to which Plat reference is hereby made for a more particular description.
PARCEL # 030GB008:
All of Lot 36 of Fair Oaks Plantation as shown on the map of the same recorded in Map Book 1 at Page 183 of the Brunswick County Registry. Being the same property as described by deed in Book 744, Page 189 of the aforesaid Registry.
PARCEL # 030GB030:
BEING ALL OF LOTS FORTY-FIVE (45) and FORTY-SIX (46) of Fair Oaks Plantation as shown in Map Book 1 at Page 183 of the Brunswick County Registry, and being part of the lands conveyed to T. V. Moore by J. H. Mitchell by deed of August 25, 1919, recorded in Deed Book 32 at Page 312 of the Brunswick County Registry.
Reference is hereby made to Deed Book 182 at Page 184, of the Brunswick County Registry.
PARCEL # 030GB029:
All of Lot 47 of Fair Oaks Plantation as shown upon a map of the same recorded in Map Book 1 at Page 183 of the Brunswick County Registry.
Being the same lot as conveyed to Grantors by deed recorded in Book 1286, at Page 682 of the Brunswick County Registry.
The sale will be made subject to all outstanding city and county taxes and all local improvement assessments against the above-described property not included in the judgment in the above-entitled cause. A deposit of 5 percent of the successful bid will be required.
