Under and by virtue of an Order of the District Court of Brunswick County, North Carolina, made and entered in the action entitled “County of Brunswick vs. Martin DeLorenzo and Kristen DeLorenzo,” the undersigned commissioner will on the 9th day of October, 2020, offer for sale and sell for cash, to the last and highest bidder at public auction, at the courthouse door in Brunswick County, North Carolina, in Bolivia at 12:00 noon the following described real property, lying and being in the State and County aforesaid, and more particularly described as follows:

PARCEL # 010EA012:

BEING ALL of Lot 83, Phase 1A, Bluffs on the Cape Fear Subdivision, as the same is shown on a survey plat recorded in Map Cabinet 35, Pages 62 through 67 of the Brunswick County Registry, reference to which is hereby made for a more particular description.

TOGETHER WITH and SUBJECT TO the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions for The Bluffs on the Cape Fear recorded in Book 2383, Page 738 and as amended in Book 2392, Page 617, all of the Brunswick County Registry, and any further amendments thereto; and all easements, rights of way and restrictions of record, all governmental land use statutes, ordinances and regulations, including zoning, subdivision and building regulations.

PARCEL # 010EA013:

BEING ALL of Lot 84, Phase 1A, Bluffs on the Cape Fear Subdivision, as the same is shown on a survey plat recorded in Map Cabinet 35, Pages 62 through 67 of the Brunswick County Registry, reference to which is hereby made for a more particular description.

TOGETHER WITH and SUBJECT TO the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions for The Bluffs on the Cape Fear recorded in Book 2383, Page 738 and as amended in Book 2392, Page 617, all of the Brunswick County Registry, and any further amendments thereto; and all easements, rights of way and restrictions of record, all governmental land use statutes, ordinances and regulations, including zoning, subdivision and building regulations.

The sale will be made subject to all outstanding city and county taxes and all local improvement assessments against the above-described property not included in the judgment in the above-entitled cause. A deposit of 5 percent of the successful bid will be required.
