Under and by virtue of an Order of the District Court of Brunswick County, North Carolina, made and entered in the action entitled “County of Brunswick vs. Ronald Franklin Tartt, Sr. and Barbara Ann Tartt,” the undersigned commissioner will on the 6th day of December, 2019, offer for sale and sell for cash, to the last and highest bidder at public auction, at the courthouse door in Brunswick County, North Carolina, in Bolivia at 12:00 noon the following described real property, lying and being in the State and County aforesaid, and more particularly described as follows:

PARCEL # 1130001934:

BEGINNING at an existing iron pipe located in the east right-of-way of Willard Drive, South 08˚30’00” East, 384.00 feet; South 23˚ 45’ 00” East, 48.99 feet from the southeast intersection of the rights-of-way of Funston Road (SR 1518) and Willard Drive; thence North 73˚ 30’ 35” East, 555.93 feet to an existing iron pipe set in the line of Scott Norman Davis; thence South 65˚ 00’ 00” East, 164.00 feet to a new iron pipe set; thence South 70˚ 15’ 00” East, 51.45 feet to a new iron pipe set; thence South 73˚ 30’ 35” West, 702.56 feet to a new iron pipe set in the east right-of-way of Willard Drive; thence North 23˚ 45’ 00” West, 140.19 feet to the point and place of BEGINNING, consisting of 2.0 acres, more or less, and being the property of Ronak Franklin Tartt and Barbara Ann Tartt as per plat and survey dated October 5, 1996 by Marc B. Pope, IV, Registered Land Surveyor, on file in Plat Book 19, at Page 47, Brunswick County Registry, to which reference is hereby made for a more particular description.

The sale will be made subject to all outstanding city and county taxes and all local improvement assessments against the above-described property not included in the judgment in the above-entitled cause. A deposit of 5 percent of the successful bid will be required.
