Under and by virtue of an Order of the District Court of Brunswick County, North Carolina, made and entered in the action entitled “County of Brunswick vs. Kevin D. Ransom, et al” the undersigned commissioner will on the 19th day of August, 2022, offer for sale and sell for cash, to the last and highest bidder at public auction, at the courthouse door in Brunswick County, North Carolina, in Bolivia at 12:00 noon, the following described real property, lying and being in the State and County aforesaid, and more particularly described as follows:

PARCEL # 1270001513:

BEGINNING at a point where the Eastern right-of-way of Polaris Drive, having a 60’ right-of-way for the purpose of this description, intersects the Southern right-of-way of Vesta Land, having a 60’ right-of-way for the purpose of this description, as shown on a survey by Max A. Heard, dated Dec. 1976, entitled “Starlight Acres Section 101-B Part 2, Boiling Spring Lakes,” from the beginning point so located leaving the Eastern right-of-way of Polaris Drive, and running with the Southern right-of-way of Vesta Lane N-83-37-30-E 360.12’ to a point being the S.W. point of a cul-de-sac as shown on said survey, thence continuing with said right-of-way and with said cul-de-sac 120.27’ to a point, being the common property corner of Lots 60 & 61, as shown on said survey, thence leaving the right-of-way line of said cul-de-sac, N-83-37-30-E 142.95’ to a point being the common property corner of Lots 45 & 46, Starlight Acres, Section 101-A, Part 1 Boiling Spring Lakes, Plat H, Page 322, thence with Western property lines of Lot 45, Plat H, Page 322, S-03-22-30-E 180.25’ to a point in the Northern property line of Lots 34-36, Plat H, Page 322, thence with the Northern property line of Lots 34-36 S-83-37-30-W 403’ to a point being the common property corner of Lots 34 & 33 as shown on said plat, thence with the Western property lines of Lots 33 & 32, as shown on said plat S-6-22-30-E 360’ to a point, being the common property corner of Lots 32 & 31, as shown on said plat, thence S-83-37-30-W 147.88’ to a point in the Eastern right-of-way of Polaris Drive, said point also being the common property corner of lot 26, as shown on said plat, thence with the Eastern right-of-way of Polaris Drive 510’ to the point of beginning.

The sale will be made subject to all outstanding city and county taxes and all local improvement assessments against the above-described property not included in the judgment in the above-entitled cause. A deposit of 5 percent of the successful bid will be required.
