Under and by virtue of an Order of the District Court of Brunswick County, North Carolina, made and entered in the action entitled “County of Brunswick vs. Kendra Hall Witner, Thomas Waite Witner, Jr., et al” the undersigned commissioner will on the 6th day of March, 2020, offer for sale and sell for cash, to the last and highest bidder at public auction, at the courthouse door in Brunswick County, North Carolina, in Bolivia at 12:00 noon the following described real property, lying and being in the State and County aforesaid, and more particularly described as follows:

Parcel # 142PA045:

BEGINNING at an iron pipe in the northern line of Holly Hill Road; said iron pipe being located South 46 degrees 30 minutes West 160 feet from the intersection of the northern line of said road with the western line of Baymeade Road; thence from said beginning point North 43 degrees 30 minutes West 200 feet to an iron pipe; thence South 46 degrees 30 minutes West 80 feet to an iron pipe; thence South 43 degrees 30 minutes East 200 feet to an iron pipe; thence North 46 degrees 30 minutes East 80 feet to the point of beginning and being all of Lot # 90 as shown on a plat entitle North Hills Part 4 Section # 9, A Portion of North Lake Section for Boiling Spring Lakes of which is to be recorded at a later date.

The sale will be made subject to all outstanding city and county taxes and all local improvement assessments against the above-described property not included in the judgment in the above-entitled cause. A deposit of 5 percent of the successful bid will be required.
