Under and by virtue of an Order of the District Court of Brunswick County, North Carolina, made and entered in the action entitled “County of Brunswick vs. Beverley S. Galloway, et al, the undersigned commissioner will on the 9th day of April, 2021, offer for sale and sell for cash, to the last and highest bidder at public auction, at the courthouse door in Brunswick County, North Carolina, in Bolivia at 12:00 noon the following described real property, lying and being in the State and County aforesaid, and more particularly described as follows:

PARCEL # 1510002701:

BEGINNING at an old buggy axle corner located on the east side of an unimproved community road; said buggy axle being a corner of John Sanders Mitchell and J. C. Galloway tracts of land; running thence with said Mitchell and Galloway line, South 85 degrees East 152.1 feet to an old iron pipe corner, David Galloway’s corner; running thence with said Galloway line, North 0 degrees 22 minutes East 140 feet to a point; running thence North 85 degrees West 215 feet to a new stake on the east side of a driveway; running thence with the east edge of said driveway South 1 degree 18 minutes East 74.2 feet to a stake in the eastern edge of the aforementioned community road; running thence with the eastern edge of said road, South 40 degrees 9 minutes East 93.2 feet to the point of beginning, containing one-half acre, more or less, and being the same land conveyed by Modern Homes Construction Company to Eugene Bellamy by deed dated March 3, 1969, and of record in Deed Book 227, at Page 731, in the office of the Brunswick County, North Carolina Registry.

The sale will be made subject to all outstanding city and county taxes and all local improvement assessments against the above-described property not included in the judgment in the above-entitled cause. A deposit of 5 percent of the successful bid will be required.
