Under and by virtue of an Order of the District Court of Brunswick County, North Carolina, made and entered in the action entitled “County of Brunswick vs. Sheila Bryant,” the undersigned commissioner will on the 13th day of December, 2019, offer for sale and sell for cash, to the last and highest bidder at public auction, at the courthouse door in Brunswick County, North Carolina, in Bolivia at 12:00 noon the following described real property, lying and being in the State and County aforesaid, and more particularly described as follows:

PARCEL # 16700004:

BEGINNING at a stake in the run of a small branch on North side U.S. Highway No. 17, and westerly from old home; thence up the run of said branch 375 feet to a stake; thence North 88 degrees 30 minutes West, 584 feet to a stake the original corner; thence South 28 degrees East, 527 feet to the highway first above mentioned; thence North 70 degrees East, 242 feet to the point of beginning, containing four acres.

EXCEPTING HEREFROM, nevertheless, that certain tract or parcel as was conveyed by grantor to Mark Tolliver, et ux, by deed dated March 2, 1978, and recorded in Book 393, Page 876, Brunswick Registry.

PARCEL # 1680001904:

BEING all of Tract Number 4 containing 10.98 acres as delineated and described on a survey for Henry Hankins Heirs, dated March, 1989 and prepared by James Fort, Registered Land Surveyor, and recorded in Map Book V Page 282 of the Brunswick County, North Carolina Registry.

The sale will be made subject to all outstanding city and county taxes and all local improvement assessments against the above-described property not included in the judgment in the above-entitled cause. A deposit of 5 percent of the successful bid will be required.
