Under and by virtue of an Order of the District Court of Brunswick County, North Carolina, made and entered in the action entitled “County of Brunswick vs. Robert Bruce Anthony, Cheryl Anthony, et al” the undersigned commissioner will on the 4th day of March, 2021, offer for sale and sell for cash, to the last and highest bidder at public auction, at the courthouse door in Brunswick County, North Carolina, in Bolivia at 12:00 noon the following described real property, lying and being in the State and County aforesaid, and more particularly described as follows:

PARCEL # 173AA004:

Lot 665, Section 3-W

BEGINNING at an iron on the northern right-of-way of Laurel Street, said point being north 62 degrees 11 minutes east 1,405 feet from the eastern right-of-way of Briarwood Street, thence from the beginning north 27 degrees 49 minutes west 200 feet to an iron, thence north 62 degrees 11 minutes east 80 feet to an iron, thence south 27 degrees 49 minutes east 200 feet to an iron, thence south 62 degrees 11 minutes west 80 feet to the BEGINNING, being lot 665 as shown on plat entitled, “Parts 1 & 2, Section 3-W, Boiling Spring Lakes,” which is to be recorded at a later date.

BEGINNING at an iron on the northern right-of-way of Laurel Street, said point being north 62 degrees 11 minutes east 1,485 feet from the eastern right-of-way or Briarwood street, thence from the beginning north 27 degrees 49 minutes west 200 feet to an iron, thence north 62 degrees 11 minutes east 80 feet to an iron, thence south 27 degrees 49 minutes east 200 feet to an iron, thence south 62 degrees 11 minutes west 80 feet to the BEGINNING, being lot 666 as shown on plat entitled, “Parts 1 & 2, Section 3-W, Boiling Spring Lakes,” which is to be recorded at a later date.

The sale will be made subject to all outstanding city and county taxes and all local improvement assessments against the above-described property not included in the judgment in the above-entitled cause. A deposit of 5 percent of the successful bid will be required.
