Under and by virtue of an Order of the District Court of Brunswick County, North Carolina, made and entered in the action entitled “County of Brunswick vs. Maria Elena Luna” the undersigned commissioner will on the 4th day of March, 2021, offer for sale and sell for cash, to the last and highest bidder at public auction, at the courthouse door in Brunswick County, North Carolina, in Bolivia at 12:00 noon the following described real property, lying and being in the State and County aforesaid, and more particularly described as follows:

PARCEL # 1990009313:

BEING all of that Lot containing 0.50 acres (21,779.9 sq. ft.) more or less as depicted on that survey by Randy D. Ward dated October 8, 2004 for Samuel Taylor and recorded in Book 31 at Page 492 in the Brunswick County Register of Deeds.

Together with an easement 60’ feet in width and 271.59 in length as depicted along the eastern line of the above-described survey; said easement to be used for access, ingress, egress, regress and for utilities to and from said lot and to and from Morgan Road (SR 1126). Said easement extends over a portion of the eastern line of a parcel containing 8.01 acres more or less owned by Samuel Taylor as more particularly described in Book 128 at Page 594 in the Brunswick County Register of Deeds.

The sale will be made subject to all outstanding city and county taxes and all local improvement assessments against the above-described property not included in the judgment in the above-entitled cause. A deposit of 5 percent of the successful bid will be required.
