Under and by virtue of an Order of the District Court of Brunswick County, North Carolina, made and entered in the action entitled “County of Brunswick vs. Terrell Jenrette, et al,” the undersigned commissioner will on the 10th day of September, 2021, offer for sale and sell for cash, to the last and highest bidder at public auction, at the courthouse door in Brunswick County, North Carolina, in Bolivia at 12:00 noon the following described real property, lying and being in the State and County aforesaid, and more particularly described as follows:

PARCEL # 22700007:

BEGINNING at a pine on the west side of Seaside Road where a small branch leading from Racoon Bay crosses said road; thence northwest direction with Racoon Bay 1,380 feet to a stake in the edge of said bay; thence north 23 degrees west 174 feet to a stake, the southwest corner of a tract of land conveyed to Shepherd Frink; thence north 83 degrees 45’ east 726 feet to the Seaside Public Road; thence with said road south 33 degrees east 1,064 feet to the BEGINNING, containing 15 acres more or less; and being the same lands described in a deed from Lawrence Gore to Colene Jenrette and husband, John Jenrette, dated June 16, 1971 and recorded in Book 254 at page 649 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Brunswick County, North Carolina.

THERE IS EXCEPTED, HOWEVER, from the above so much of said 15 acre tract as has been previously conveyed by the parties or their predecessors in title, it being understood that at the present time there remains approximately one (1) acre in the above tract.

The sale will be made subject to all outstanding city and county taxes and all local improvement assessments against the above-described property not included in the judgment in the above-entitled cause. A deposit of 5 percent of the successful bid will be required.
