Under and by virtue of an Order of the District Court of Brunswick County, North Carolina, made and entered in the action entitled “County of Brunswick vs. Preston Bellamy and Judith C. Bellamy” the undersigned commissioner will on the 11th day of September, 2020, offer for sale and sell for cash, to the last and highest bidder at public auction, at the courthouse door in Brunswick County, North Carolina, in Bolivia at 12:00 noon the following described real property, lying and being in the State and County aforesaid, and more particularly described as follows:

BEGINNING at an iron pipe located in the center of an old farm road, said I.P. being north 02 degrees 07 minutes west 160.0 feet from an old iron axle marking the southwest corner of Tract # 1, Book 69, Page 328 of the Brunswick County Registry, said beginning point also being located by measuring 0.65 in a westwardly direction along Secondary Road # 1342 from its intersection with N. C. Highway 211 to an iron spike in the center line of S.R. 1342 adjacent to an old farm road; thence, along said farm road, North 01 degrees 00 minutes West 363.8 feet; thence, North 27 degrees 18 minutes West 201.8 feet; thence, North 55 degrees 49 minutes West 135.2 feet; thence North 39 degrees 20 minutes West 41.2 feet; thence North 30 degrees, 31 minutes West 158.4 feet; thence North 66 degrees, 34 minutes West 214.2 feet, thence North 59 degrees 09 minutes West 269.9 feet; thence North 53 degrees 22 minutes West 206.9 feet; thence North 66 degrees 51 minutes West 194.6 feet thence North 40 degrees, 35 minutes West 80.3 feet to an old iron axle, (southwest corner Tract # 1, Book 69, Page 328); thence North 02 degrees 07 minutes West 160.0 feet to the point of Beginning; thence from the point of beginning North 4 degrees 41 minutes East 250.0 feet to an iron pipe; thence North 89 degrees 49 minutes West 175.0 feet to an iron pipe; thence South 4 degrees 41 minutes West 250.0 feet to an iron pipe; thence South 89 degrees 49 minutes East 175.0 feet to the point of beginning.

PARCEL # 13700011:

Being ALL OF Tract 1—A containing 2.220 acres, according to a survey by
Norris & Associates, dated December 4, 1986, a plat of which is recorded
in Map Cabinet R, Page 176 of the Brunswick Registry, and being a part of
the Ben Bellamy Estate.

PARCEL # 13700017:

Being ALL OF Tract 1—B containing 0.442 acres, according to a survey by
Norris & Associates, dated December 4, 1986, a plat of which is recorded
in Map Cabinet R, Page 176 of the Brunswick Registry, and being a part of
the Ben Bellamy Estate.

The sale will be made subject to all outstanding city and county taxes and all local improvement assessments against the above-described property not included in the judgment in the above-entitled cause. A deposit of 5 percent of the successful bid will be required.
