Under and by virtue of an Order of the District Court of Brunswick County, North Carolina, made and entered in the action entitled “County of Brunswick vs. Thomas Earl Robinson and Sandra M. Robinson,” the undersigned commissioner will on the 18th day of October, 2019, offer for sale and sell for cash, to the last and highest bidder at public auction, at the courthouse door in Brunswick County, North Carolina, in Bolivia at 12:00 noon the following described real property, lying and being in the State and County aforesaid, and more particularly described as follows:

PARCEL # 2150010003:

BEING ALL of that property known as Tract A-1 as it is shown on a map entitled “Plot of Survey for Dennis Hewett, et als, Petitioners v. Robie Clemmons Todd et als, Repondent” and dated October 10, 2002 prepared by Thomas W. Morgan, RLS, and being duly recorded in Map Cabinet 26 at Page 459 of the Brunswick County, North Carolina Register of Deeds. Reference to this map is made for a more particular description.

PARCEL # 230CD007:

BEING ALL of Lot 11 and the southern ½ of Lot 10, of Little Shallotte River Estates Subdivision all according to a survey by Jan K. Dale, R.L.S., dated June 1976 and being duly recorded in Map Cabinet H, Page 309 of the Brunswick County Registry.

PARCEL # 230DE065:

BEING ALL of Lot 86 and the southern ½ of Lot 87, of Little Shallotte River Estates Subdivision all according to a survey by Jan K. Dale, R.L.S., dated 10 September 1984 and being duly recorded in Map Cabinet O, Page 371 of the Brunswick County Registry.

This Conveyance is made SUBJECT to those certain restrictions as recorded in Deed Book 479, Page 369 of the Brunswick County Registry.

PARCEL # 230DE062:

BEING ALL of Lot 89 and the southern ½ of Lot 90, of Little Shallotte River Estates Subdivision all according to a survey by Jan K. Dale, R.L.S., dated 10 September 1984 and being duly recorded in Map Cabinet O, Page 371 of the Brunswick County Registry.

This Conveyance is made SUBJECT to those certain restrictions as recorded in Deed Book 479, Page 369 of the Brunswick County Registry.

The Grantees hereby expressly reserve and except for the Grantors, their heirs, successors and assigns a permanent, non-exclusive easement over and along the streets, easements, drainage ditches and common areas located within Little Shallotte River Estates Subdivision for the purpose of inspecting, maintaining, and repairing said streets, easements, drainage easement and common areas.

BEING ALL of Lot 115, of Little Shallotte River Estates Subdivision all according to a survey by Jan K. Dale, R.L.S., dated 10 September 1984 and being duly recorded in Map Cabinet O, Page 371 of the Brunswick County Registry.

This Conveyance is made SUBJECT to those certain restrictions as recorded in Deed Book 479, Page 369 of the Brunswick County Registry.

The Grantees hereby expressly reserve and except for the Grantors, their heirs, successors and assigns a permanent, non-exclusive easement over and along the streets, easements, drainage ditches and common areas located within Little Shallotte River Estates Subdivision for the purpose of inspecting, maintaining, and repairing said streets, easements, drainage easement and common areas.

This Conveyance is made SUBJECT to those certain restrictions as recorded in Deed Book 479, Page 369 of the Brunswick County Registry.

The Grantees hereby expressly reserve and except for the Grantors, their heirs, successors and assigns a permanent, non-exclusive easement over and along the streets, easements, drainage ditches and common areas located within Little Shallotte River Estates Subdivision for the purpose of inspecting, maintaining, and repairing said streets, easements, drainage easement and common areas.

PARCEL # 2310002603:

BEING ALL of Tract 4 and Tract 4A of the Larry C. Robinson property division as prepared by Jan K. Dale, R.L.S. on the 30 day of September, 1975, a copy of the plot of which is duly recorded in Map Cabinet H, Page 81 of the Brunswick Registry.

For back reference to the Larry C. Robinson proportion see Deed Book 40, Page 361, Book 100, Page 386, Book 204, Page 412 and Deed Book 441, Page 393 of the Brunswick Registry. A map of the entire Larry C. Robinson properties is duly recorded in Map Book 10 Page 145 of the Brunswick Registry.

PARCEL # 23100025:

BEING ALL of that parcel of land as shown in Map Cabinet 21, Page 217 of the Brunswick County Registry.

There is LESS AND EXCEPTING from the aforementioned property all of Parcel A, as shown in Map Cabinet 21, Page 217 of the Brunswick County Registry.

There is also LESS AND EXCEPTING from the aforementioned property all of Parcel B, as shown in Map Cabinet 21, Page 217 of the Brunswick County Registry.

The sale will be made subject to all outstanding city and county taxes and all local improvement assessments against the above-described property not included in the judgment in the above-entitled cause. A deposit of 5 percent of the successful bid will be required.
