SUBDIVIDING LAND IN BRUNSWICK COUNTY
The Brunswick County Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) specifies procedures and standards for dividing a parcel of land. A subdivision occurs when a parcel of land is divided into one or more parcels of land. During the subdivision review process, factors such as access, and utility availability are considered. There are several types of subdivisions that are available in Brunswick County.
