
The City of Northwest & the Town of Sandy Creek are working towards meeting the community needs for planning, zoning, and development in a practical & cost-efficient manner by contracting for municipal planning services through Brunswick County Planning. Brunswick County Planning is a public planning department within Brunswick County Government that has an experienced and dedicated team that is focused on customer service, sustaining quality of life, and promoting economic development.
SANDY CREEK
In conjunction with this initiative, the City of Sandy Creek proposes to adopt a consolidated set of development regulations called the Sandy Creek Unified Development Ordinance & a Sandy Creek City-Wide Zoning Map. This new ordinance is commonly called the Sandy Creek UDO. It addresses future development as well as modernizes out-of-date development regulations.

CITY OF NORTHWEST
